Some Frequently Asked Questions:

  • How do I contact you?  Please find our contact information on the CONTACT US page.  You can call, fax, email, or write to us.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?  That depends on where you live.  We ship your order within 72 hrs after you place it.
  • Do you charge for shipping?  Yes, we ship USPS, unless you let us know you would like a different option.  Please see SHIPPING AND RETURNS page.
  • What are my options for payment?  We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Paypal.  Other options are available if you call us.
  • Do you charge sales tax?  We charge sales tax if a customer is a resident of the state of GA because the law requires that.
  • Is my information secure?  Your order is processed through our secure server.  Your information is encrypted before it is sent to us by SSL technology. 
  • Do you share my information?  We do NOT share your information at all, under any circumstances.  We respect your privacy.
  • What if the candles are damaged when I receive them?  Please email or call us immediately and we will happily replace what is damaged.  We must hear from you within 72 hrs of your delivery, so we can make arrangements.
  • Do you ship oversees?  We do not currently ship out of the USA.
  • What if I don't like the scent once I have received it?  Feel free to contact us and if you haven't used the candle, you can return the item and we will replace it with another scent.  You pay the postage.
